Grama Suraksha Nidhi Limited (GSNL) is functioning as a Nidhi Company that functions under Sub-Section- I of Section 406 of the Companies Act 2013, and is governed by Nidhi Rules 2014 which came into effect from 01 April 2014. Nidhi companies are governed under the Companies Act 2013 and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is empowered to issue directions to Nidhi Companies in matters relating to their deposit acceptance activities as well as lending processes.
Grama Suraksha Nidhi Limited has various customer friendly schemes . The various schemes which are designed for t he fulfillment of time to time requirements of our needy customers are given below.

- c) Recurring deposit (Interest upo 11%) * Condition Apply
- d) Fixed Deposit ( Interest upto 12.5% ) * Condition Apply
- e) Gold loan ( Loan released instantly and loan provided upto 80% of the total value of the ornament depending upon the purity status of the gold )
- f) Mortgage loan up to 7.5 lakhs provided in a hassle free manner.
- g) Mahila yojana scheme , a special loan scheme for the upliftment of living standards of women by commencing self-employment schemes.
